As our products are hand made, they are constantly checked through-out the crafting process to ensure there are no faults on finished item.
We aim to ship our products to you with 14 days or placing your order and sent 1st class recorded delivery. All our items are made from scratch and can, in rare cases cause delay. In case of delay, will we notify you via email or telephone call.
This is our refunds policy that complies to consumer rights.
- We accept refunds if the product has not been used and is purchased within 14 days, you will be liable of returns costs.
- If the product is faulty upon receiving the item.
We will not refund the item if:
- The item has attempted to be repaired due to fault and additional damage has been done.
- It has been used and decided as an unwanted item.
- Have accidentally damaged or ripped the product.
